IMPORTANT: information will not be saved. Prepare the needed information/documents before starting the application.
Financial Aid Information (these two steps must be completed before any tuition waiver can be applied)
Active Duty Veteran: copy of current military ID
Discharged Veteran: copy of DD214
Dependent of Fallen or 100%
Proof of relationship to service member: documents declaring the relationship to service member
Verification from U.S. Armed Forces of Fallen Veteran or Certification from the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs for veteran’s 100% permanent disability as a result of a military service-connected disability
Immediate family member of a
Deployed Service Member
Copy of deployment paperwork: documentation must include service member’s name, date of deployment and expected length of deployment
