The maximum number of credits a student may register for in one term is 21.  Students that wish to register for more than 21 credits in one term must request permission to do so from the Registrar's Office.

Students considering this option must have completed a minimum of 12 credits with a minimum term GPA of 2.0 or higher during their most recent last two terms at Blue Mountain Community College (BMCC).  

In addition:

  • Courses must be required for the students intended certificate/degree at BMCC;

and

  • Student must be within two terms of graduating.

Student will be required to submit recommendation from their Success Coach as part of the petition process.

 Schedule Change Form 

Attach a completed Schedule Change Form with your petition.  If your request is approved, this will allow our staff to register you in the additional course/courses for the term.  This form can be found on our website under Enrollment Services/Forms for Students.
