Students that wish to register for a course after the publicized last day to register must complete this form. 

The request must be accompanied by the appropriate registration form (see below) and must include written approval by the course instructor.  

Students will be notified by email, to their assigned BMCC email account, of the status of their request. 

Registration form types to include with this request include:

  • Currently registered for the term and want to add a course Use a Schedule Change form
  • Not registered for the current term:  Use a Registration form

Both forms can be found online on our Student Forms page 

Note:  Requests made without the course instructor approval will not be processed.

This form will be available during the following periods:

  • Summer 2019:     June 28, 2019 - August 1, 2019
  • Fall 2019:             September 28, 2019 - November 15,  2019
  • Winter 2020:        January 11, 2020 - February 28, 2020
  • Spring 2020:        April 4, 2020 - May 22, 2020

To complete this process you must:

  1. Indicate your reason for making this request.

  2. Fax or email your signed Schedule Change or Registration form.  If you received approval by the instructor via email, be sure to provide a copy of the email received with your form.
