Jenny Morgan: New Papercuts

Exhibit: March 13 - April 17, 2014

Note: Gallery will be closed during Spring Break March 24-28th

Tuesday, April 15th at 9 am - Jenny will speak at the BMCC Arts and Culture Festival in the Betty Feves At Gallery.

Jenny Morgan is a local Pendleton artist.  Jenny's original designs, cut with tiny manicure scissors, are inspired by flora and fauna, classic literature, and personal narrative.  Trained in traditional Polish paper cutting techniques, she has departed in them and style to develop her own personal vocabulary of marks and design elements.  Most of her compositions over the years have been created for friends and famly, and to support charity auctions for various non-profit organizations and causes.  This is the first body of work created exclusively for a major solo exhibition.
