Students must apply for degrees and certificates. Print your Graduation Application (available on the Students Page under the link "Forms for Students". Application should be made two (2) terms prior to program completion. Refer to the calendar in the front of the catalog for specific dates.
The student’s academic advisor will assist them in the completion of the graduation application and degree auidt. The degree audit outlines the courses and grades required for graduation. It is important to know what catalog year you are graduating under. The advisor must print and sign the students degree audit and attach it to the graduation application. You will then turn your application in at the Service Center on the Pendleton campus or at any BMCC location and pay the appropriate fee at the time the application is turned in. Incomplete applications will be returned to the student.
Students who complete requirements for a degree or certificate and have submitted an application for graduation with the Records Office according to published timelines will receive their diplomas by mail.
All requests for waivers and exceptions to requirements for degrees and certificates must be submitted to the Office of Instruction. Curriculum Deviation Forms are available from your instructor or advisor.
