Oregon Student Assistance Commission (OSAC)
The Oregon Student Assistance Commission(OSAC) has reduced the number of printed scholarship applications it is distributing to Oregon schools and colleges and is encouraging applicants to file online with its electronic "eApp" process.
We encourage applicants to use the online process. The eApp offers users several new filtering devices that will help them find scholarships that match their particular characteristics.
A "pdf" version of the paper application will again be available at the website. Advisors and students may copy either the printed application or its pdf version. Also availalbe at the website will be other documents useful to teh scholarship process, including:
- Activity chart template
- Essay questions template
- Scholarship Workbook with step-by-step tips and examples
The Oregon Student Assistance Commission coordinates a variety of state,
federal, and privately funded student financial aid programs for the benefit
of Oregonians attending institutions of postsecondary education.
