DIRECT YOUR REQUESTS FOR SUPPLIES TO YOUR ACADEMIC SECRETARY
If they are unavailable:
Central Purchasing- Most Office Supplies
- Fill out the Central Purchasing Office Supply Form or the Central Purchasing Ink & Toner Form depending on what you are ordering. These forms are also found in the Forms section of the Staffweb.
- Submit the completed form to email@example.com
BMCC Bookstore – BMCC Logo Items, Flash Drives
- Fill out the Bookstore Department Charge Form. This can also be found in the Forms section of the Staffweb and also under forms on the BMCC Bookstore website.
- Obtain the signature of the Budget Coordinator for the account you are charging your purchase to (You generally must go to the Bookstore first to fill out what items you would like to purchase and their price).
- Bring the form to the Bookstore to purchase your items.
- You will receive an invoice for your purchase to be returned to your budget coordinator.
