How do I report a problem?
- Place a Helpdesk ticket with the Copy Center/Bookstore or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Include your machine’s ID number which is on a label attached to the machine and clearly explain the problem.
Please DO NOT submit your own service requests to our copier vendor unless it is after hours. If the problem is simple, the vendor may be able to help resolve the issue in those instances but typically a technician is necessary to fix the problem and they would not be responding in the evening or on weekends. Direct your request to the Copy Center and we will submit the request.
