BMCC's Workforce Training Center in Boardman in
Morrow County, serves the westernmost region of the
college district. The center offers a variety of services
- Job skills workshops
- College preparatory classes, including adult basic
education, and credit recovery, GED preparation, and ESL courses
- Customized training for business and industry

The Workforce Training Center in Boardman opened for classes on April 3, 2017 with 15,200 square feet of classroom and lab space and community meeting spaces for up to 50 people.
The building floor plan was designed to take education and industry training into the next generation. The new facility has educational lab spaces specially equipped for training in Industrial Systems Technology, Data Center Technology, and Early Childhood Education. A computer lab with 30 stations, three general classrooms, and a well-appointed conference room round out the amenities in the building.
Classes and/or labs offered at the Workforce Training Center include:
- General education credit classes (many delivered by Zoom technology)
- Adult Basic Education and English Language Acquisition
- Community Education Classes
- Data Center Technology
- Industrial Systems Technology
- Early Childhood Education
