BMCC enlisted a group employees and students to participate in a summer Budget Advisory Workgroup to assist the College in identifying opportunities for saving money, creating efficiencies and generating revenue as we plan for future budgets. This workgroup was been provided with a variety of documents to assist them in their recommendations to the President. Below are the aforementioned documents, as well as their recommendations. The President and Executive Team will review these recommendations for possible implementation or further analysis as we plan for future budget years.
