Use the website to access StaffWeb; view and respond to email from remote locations; register for classes; and other information related to the college.

Computer Log in (at a BMCC location):

Temporary password:  bluemountain (all one word, lower case)

To change password, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE; click change password. 

Old Password: bluemountain                                                          
New Password: Whatever you chose, use caution with case sensitivity and double letters.
This will change your password for computer log in and email!

Do NOT change your username or email address in StaffWeb!

To receive your email from remote locations, go to our website: www.bluecc.edu; click StaffWeb, located in the lower right hand corner of the screen; click Staff Email.

Domain\user name:    Same as your BMCC user name
Password:   Same as your BMCC log-in  (default is bluemountain)

If you like, you can set up a “rule” so all email sent to you at the BMCC address is forwarded to an email address you check regularly. 

Human Resources System: Human Resources uses a system called ADP HR/Benefits Solution to enter pay and benefit information.  You will receive an email from Shannon Franklin with a link to the website as well as login information.  We encourage each employee to enter the requested information such as dependants, contact information, ethnicity, and race.  The ethnicity and race information helps HR with yearly reports.

Payroll System: BMCC uses a program called EZ Labor.  When you first log into the system, there should be an icon on your desktop. Double click the icon and it takes you to the log-in page. If there is no icon, log in to BMCC Staffweb, HR Staff Information and click the EZ Labor link located under Payroll.  Log in using the information below and follow the instructions for changing your password.

Because you are an hourly employee, you will need to enter your hours worked daily as well as any requested leave.  Time must be entered by the 15th of the month for your hours worked to be included in your paycheck.

BMCC pay periods run the 16th of one month to the 15th of the following month.  We are paid once a month on the last working day.

Staff ID: BMCC would like all staff members to have a Staff ID Card.  This card will also get you keyless access into buildings and rooms.  If you are located in Pendleton, go to the Service Center to have your photo taken and your card issued.  If you are located anywhere else, the center will need to take your picture and forward it to the Service Center.  They will issue a card and send it via inter-campus mail.

It is highly recommended that all Staff wear either the staff ID or a BMCC name tag during working hours to make them easily identifiable by visitors, guests and students.

PERS Retirement: PERS Retirement contributions will be withheld after you have worked 600 hrs or after you have completed 6 months of service at a rate of 6% of your gross income. If you have previously worked for or are currently employed by an OR PERS employer, your deduction may occur sooner. 

If you are currently working for an OR PERS employer please notify Anita in Payroll 278-5750.  This will help her with reporting your income to PERS.

Paid Leave: After 30 days of employment, employees are given four (4) hours of leave per quarter to be used for personal, sick, or emergency purposes. These hours are non-accumulatvie.

Paid Emergency Closure: If the college declares an emergency closure on a day of scheduled work, employees will be paid for the number of hours they were scheduled to work.

Tuition Waiver: After one (1) full quarter of work, employees will be granted a tuition waiver for one (1) course per term.  The waiver is for the class only and does not include books or fees associated with the class. 

After you have enrolled in a class, complete an Employee and/or Dependent Tuition Waiver Form, located in StaffWeb, HR Staff Information, Other Forms, and submit to HR for processing.

WolfWeb: All employees are required to register in the Student Wolfweb system, this is where you will register for all training and classes offered through the college. 

To register in WolfWeb from the BMCC homepage: click Students, located in the upper yellow ribbon; Register Online; "New Student Admissions"; and complete the requested information. 

Other Benefits:

Investment Accounts: BMCC offers 403b, Roth 403b and 457b investment plans.  If you are interested in establishing a plan, contact Connie Fellows, HR Specialist at 278-5837 or connie.fellows@bluecc.edu.

Flexible Spending Plans:  As an employee of Blue Mountain you may also take advantage of flexible spending plans offered through American Fidelity to help off-set medical expenses and/or dependant daycare.  If you are interested in this program, please contact Connie Fellows for all the details. 

Faculty & Staff & Watercooler:  Besides the BMCC email, there are two other folders, Faculty & Staff and Watercooler, you may want to check on a regular basis.  Faculty & Staff has email messages pertaining to college business.  Watercooler is for BMCC staff who would like to sell items, announce an event not college related, or looking for that special item. 

To access these two folders, from your Microsoft Outlook, open Folder List, scroll down and click Public Folders, click All Public Folders, and scroll down to the folder you wish to open.

Campus Events:  As an employee, you receive free or discounted admittance to such activities as sporting events held here on campus.
