Use the website to access StaffWeb; view and respond to email from remote locations; register for classes; and other information related to the college.

Computer Log-in:
First Time Log-in Process:
Log-In: first initial, last name
Temporary password:  bluemountain  

To change password: Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE; click Change Password
Old Password: bluemountain
New Password: whatever you chose, use caution with case sensitivity and double letters.
This will change your password for computer log in and email!

Email: Your email address is first name.last name@blucc.edu 

Staff Web: To access StaffWeb, go to BMCC's home page, scroll down to the bottom of the page, on the lower right side click the link StaffWeb. Use the steps below to log in and change your password.
User ID:  first initial, last name
Temporary password: bluemountain
To change password go to  My Account (located on the bottom right side of the screen); click Update My Account; click Edit and type in your new password and confirm Password.
Do not change your user name or email address in Staff Web

Union Dues:  Union Dues are through OR Educators Assoc. (OEA) - Dues are based on the number IU's taught a term.

Wolfweb: All employees are required to register in the Student Wolfweb system, this is where you will register for all training and classes through the college.  To register in WolfWeb from the BMCC homepage: click Students, located in the upper yellow ribbon; Register Online; Click "New Student Admissions"; and complete the requested information. 

PERS Retirement: PERS Retirement contributions are paid by the College.

Payroll System: Payroll uses a program called EZ Labor.  It is an exception based system, meaning you only need to make changes if you are sick, on vacation, and the like.  When you first log into the system, your screen should have an icon stating ADP-EZ Labor.

BMCC employees are paid the last working day of the month.  Paychecks/stubs are available at the Service Center from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.  If your check is not picked-up by this time, it will be mailed.

If you live outside of Pendleton, your check is mailed the day before payday to hopefully ensure you receive your check on payday.  If you work in Pendleton and don’t want your check mailed, please notify Anita in Payroll at 278-5750 or awillingham@bluecc.edu and she will have your check at the Service Center.

Human Resources System: Human Resources uses a system called ADP HR/Benefits Solution to enter pay and benefit information, insurance, and elective deductions such as AFLAC, Manley, ect.  You will receive an email from Shannon Franklin directing you to this website.   We encourage each employee to enter the information requested regarding dependants, contact information, other insurance coverage, ethnicity and race.  The latter information helps HR with reports we are required to submit yearly.  The attached instructions will guide you through changing your password and the program will walk you through a series of questions.

Staff ID: BMCC would like all staff members to have a Staff ID Card.  This card will also get you keyless access into buildings and rooms.  If you are located in Pendleton, go to the Service Center to have your photo taken and your card issued.  If you are located anywhere else, the center will need to take your picture and forward it to the Service Center.  They will issue a card and send it via inter-campus mail. It is highly recommended that all Staff wear either the staff ID or a BMCC name tag during working hours to make them easily identifiable by visitors, guests and students.

Employee Assistance Services: BMCC has contracted with Cascade EAP Services to provide employee assistance services to our employees.  Feel free to visit their website at www.cascadecenters.com to access programs that are available to you.  Some of the programs require you to register.  To set-up an account, it will ask for your employer ID.  BMCC’s ID # is bmcc.

Investment Options:  BMCC offers 403b, Roth 403b and 457b investment plans; if you are interested in establishing a plan, contact Connie Fellows, HR Specialist at 278-5837 or connie.fellows@bluecc.edu.

Flexible Spending/Dependant Care Plans:  As an employee of BMCC you may also take advantage of pre-tax flexible spending or dependent care plans offered through American Fidelity to help offset medical expenses or dependant daycare.  If you are interested in this program, please contact Connie Fellows for details.  You must enroll within 30 days of employment or during open enrollment in September.

Other Benefits:
Besides the BMCC email, there are two other folders, Faculty & Staff and Watercooler, you may want to check out on a regular basis.  Faculty & Staff has email messages pertaining to college business.  Watercooler is for BMCC staff who would like to sell items, announce an event not college related, or looking for something.  To access these two folders, from your Microsoft Outlook, open Folder List, scroll down and click Public Folders, click All Public Folders, and scroll down to the folder you wish to open.

Library Services are available to you as an employee, just go to the Library with your ID badge and driver’s license and they will set up an account for you to check out books/materials and allows online access.

You have access to the McCrae Activity Center with the exception of summer term.  Check our website for times the center is open.

Sporting Events:  As an employee, you receive free or discounted admittance to sporting events held on campus.
