Staff Web: To access StaffWeb, go to BMCC's home page, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click StaffWeb located on the lower right side of the page. Follow the attached instructions to change your password.

Human Resources System: Human Resources uses a system called ADP HR/Benefits Solutions to enter pay and benefit information, insurance, and elective deductions such as AFLAC, Manley, etc. You will receive an email from Shannon Franklin directing you to this website. We encourage each employee to enter the requested information regarding dependants, contact information, other insurance coverage, ethnicity and race. The ethnicity and race information is used by HR to complete annual reports requested by Federal agencies.
Payroll Information: BMCC employees are paid once a month on the last working day of the month. BMCC uses a program called EZ Labor. Because we are Exempt tech employees we only have to enter time in the system if you are taking leave such as sick, vacation or personal leave. There are instructions in your new employee packet on how to enter your leave. If you have any questions you can contact Anita, Payroll Clerk, at 278-5750 or Connie, HR Specialist, at 278-5837.
Log-in Instructions: When you first log into EZ Labor, there should be an icon on your desktop if you are on a BMCC campus. Double click the icon and it takes you to the log-in page. If there is no icon, the link is: https://workforceportal.elabor.com.
Log-in using the information below and follow the instructions for changing your password.

Log In: first initial last name (lower case no spaces)
Password: password (lowercase one word)
Staff ID: BMCC would like all staff members to have a Staff ID Card. This card will also get you keyless access into buildings and rooms. If you are located in Pendleton, go to the Service Center to have your photo taken and your card issued. If you are located anywhere else, the center will need to take your picture and forward it to the Service Center. They will issue a card and send it via inter-campus mail.
It is highly recommended that all Staff wear either the staff ID or a BMCC name tag during working hours to make them easily identifiable by visitors, guests and students.
Inclement Weather: If the college or other centers are closed due to inclement weather and the employee is scheduled to work, the employee will be paid for the day missed. If the employee cannot attend work due to inability to get to work due to weather conditions, it is up to the immediate supervisor to determine if absence needs to be taken as vacation or paid as inclement weather day. Delay or closures should be posted on our BMCC website and recorded on the inclement weather line, 278-5970, by 6:00 a.m.
PERS Retirement: PERS Retirement contributions will be withheld at a rate of 6% of your gross income once you worked 600 hours or more in a year or after you have completed 6 months of service. If you have previously worked for or are currently employed by an OR PERS employer, your deduction may occur sooner. If you are currently working for an OR PERS employer please notify Anita in Payroll at 278-5750 or awillingham@bluecc.edu. This information will help her with reporting your income to PERS.
WolfWeb: All employees are required to register in the Student Wolfweb system, this is where you will register for all training and classes through the college.
To register in WolfWeb from the BMCC homepage: click Students, located in the upper yellow ribbon; Register Online; Click "New Student Admissions"; and complete the requested information.
If you have taken a class at BMCC you will already have a student account. If you don’t remember your password, contact Connie or Shannon to reset it to the default password, which is your birth month and day (0515).

Investment Options: BMCC offers 403b, Roth 403b and 457b investment plans; if you are interested in establishing a plan, contact Connie Fellows, HR Specialist at 278-5837 or connie.fellows@bluecc.edu.
Employee Assistance Program: BMCC has contracted with Cascade EAP Services to provide an employee assistance program to our employees. Feel free to visit their website at www.cascadecenters.com to access programs such as counseling, legal assistance, as well as wellness type programs that are available to you. Some of the programs require you to register to participate. To set-up an account, it will ask for your employers ID. BMCC’s ID # is bmcc.
BMCC offers 403b, Roth 403b and 457b investment plans. A list of participating companies is included in your new employee orientation packet.
AFLAC: Full time employees have an opportunity to enroll with AFLAC. AFLAC offers an array of plans such as Cancer, Accident, and Hospital Confinement Indemnity. A brochure is included in your new employee orientation packet. If interested in enrolling in an AFLAC plan, you must enroll within 30 days of employment or during open enrollment in August & September.
American Fidelity Flexible Spending: The college participates in Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plan that allows an employee to participate in a flexible spending plan which helps offset the cost of medical/dental expenses and prescription costs not covered by insurance. American Fidelity also offers dependent care reimbursement, both plan contributions are pre-taxed. To participate, you must contact our American Fidelity representative within 30 days of employment with the college, or you can enroll during open enrollment in August & September.
Pre-Paid Legal: Pre-Paid Legal offers preventive legal services such as: Legal consultation and advice, will preparation, and contract and document review; Motor Vehicle Legal Services; Trial Defense Services; and IRS Audit Legal Services. They also offer Identity Theft protection. Your membership includes a credit report, continuous monitoring of your credit file, and identity restoration. The costs vary depending on which plan(s) you choose. You can enroll in these plans at any time. If you are interested, just contact Connie Fellows in HR at 278-5837 or connie.fellows@bluecc.edu
United Way: Employees may contribute to the United Way of Umatilla and Moro Counties. If interested, complete the enrollment form in your new employee packet and return to HR for processing.
Other Benefits:
Besides the BMCC email, there are two other folders, Faculty & Staff and Watercooler, you may want to check out on a regular basis. Faculty & Staff has email messages pertaining to college business. Watercooler is for BMCC staff who would like to sell items, announce an event not college related, or looking for something.
To access these two folders, from your Microsoft Outlook, open Folder List, scroll down and click Public Folders, click All Public Folders, and scroll down to the folder you wish to open.
Library Services are available to you as an employee, just go to the Library with your ID badge and driver’s license and they can set you up to check out books/materials and get online access.
You have access to the McCrae Activity Center with the exception of summer term. Check our website for times the center is open.
Sporting Events: As an employee, you receive free or discounted admittance to sporting events held here on campus.
Pendleton Athletic Club offers discounted membership for being a BMCC employee. If interested, contact the staff for more information.
