Once you have logged into StaffWeb, please go to our HR Staff Information page. You will find useful links, forms, and quick links to HR Benefits Solutions & EZ Labor Payroll System.

Staff ID:
BMCC would like all staff members to have a Staff ID Card. This card will also get you keyless access into buildings and rooms. If you are located in Pendleton, go to the Service Center to have your photo taken and your card issued. If you are located anywhere else, the center will need to take your picture and forward it to the Service Center. They will issue a card and send it via inter-campus mail.

It is highly recommended that all Staff wear either the staff ID or a BMCC name tag during working hours to make them easily identifiable by visitors, guests and students.

Human Resources System: Human Resources uses a system called ADP HR/Benefits Solution to enter pay and benefit information. You will receive an email from Shannon Franklin directing you to this website. We encourage each employee to enter the requested information such as dependants, contact information, ethnicity, and race. The ethnicity and race information helps HR with yearly reports.

Payroll System: BMCC uses a program called EZ Labor.   The link to EZ Labor is: https://workforceportal.elabor.com, or you can access the link in HR Staff Information in StaffWeb.

Login: first initial last name. 
Password: password (you will immediately have to change your password)

If you are paid per hour, you will need to enter your hours worked each day.  If you are paid by the IU, refer to your Notice of Assignment for your monthly pay breakdown.

BMCC’s pay period for hourly employees starts the 16th of the month and runs through the 15th of the following month. Otherwise, you will only enter leave as it occurs. 

BMCC employees are paid the last working day of the month.  Paychecks are available from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Service Center. If your check is not picked-up by this time, it will be mailed.

If you live outside of Pendleton, your check is mailed the day before payday to hopefully ensure you receive your check on payday. If you work in Pendleton and don’t want your check mailed, please notify Anita in Payroll at 541 278-5750 or awillingham@bluecc.edu and she will have your check at the Service Center.

Notice of Assignment:  Each term you will receive an email to your BMCC account from Connie Fellows explaining your Notice of Assignment (NOA) is available for review. The email will include instructions on how to access the NOA. It is important you review the NOA as this is how your pay is determined. Should you have questions about your NOA contact Diana Hammon, Director of Instructional Operations at 541 278-5762.

PERS:  PERS Retirement contributions will be withheld if you work 600 hrs or more in a year or after you have completed 6 months of service at a rate of 6% of your gross income. Contributions could be withheld sooner if you are employed or have been employed by another PERS employer. Notify Payroll if you have/are employed by another PERS employer at 541 278-5750 or payroll@bluecc.edu.

Union Dues: Per the Faculty Bargaining Agreement, union dues are through Oregon Educators Association (OEA) - Dues are based on the number of IU's taught per term. You have to teach 3 IU's a term and two terms in the academic year to qualify. After you have met this criteria, you pay dues every term you teach. If you teach at another school and you pay dues to OEA, you will only pay local dues. Notify Connie Fellows, Human Resources, at 541 278-5837 to note you pay dues to another OEA affiliate. Human Resources will notify you when you have met the above criteria. 

Wolfweb: All instructors are required to register in the Student Wolfweb system.  By creating a student file, the Office of Instruction is able to add your information into Course Management, which in turn generates information for the Notice of Assignment. In addition, this process also allows you access to the Faculty WolfTrax login under Faculty Resources. If you have ever taken a class at BMCC, you will already have a student account. If you don’t remember your password, contact the Student Service Center at 541 278-5759 to have your password reset. Once it has been reset the default password will be your birth month and day, (1105).

Faculty & Advisor Resources: This is where you access your class roster and enter grades. The link to Faculty & Advisor Resources is: www.bluecc.edu/facresources, and a link can be found in the footer of the website. Click Online Grading Instructions under Help Files. The instructions will walk you through the grading process. 

Emergency Weather/Inclement Weather:  If the Pendleton campus or the centers are closed due to an emergency closure or inclement weather and the employee is scheduled to work/instruct, the employee will be paid for the time missed.  If the employee cannot attend work due to inability to get to work due to weather conditions, it is up to the immediate supervisor to determine if absence needs to be taken as vacation or paid as an inclement weather day.  Delay or closures should be posted on our BMCC website and recorded on the inclement weather line, 541 278 5970, by 6:00 a.m. and broadcasted on KUMA.

Tuition Waiver:  Adjunct instructors and their dependants are eligible to receive tuition waivers if the instructor meets eligibility requirements.  To be eligible, the instructor must meet the following criteria: shall be based on a minimum of eighteen (18) contact hours per week in the preceeding term, or the instruction of six (6) or more credit hours in the preceding term and the current term.

Emergency and Bereavement Leave:  Adjunct instructors teaching a minimum of three (3) credits or having six (6) to twelve (12) contact hours in the preceding term and current term are entitled to a minimum of one (1) day of Bereavement leave and one (1) day of Emergency leave.  See Article 21, Emergency, Personal, and Bereavement Leave of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement for further explanation.

Sick Leave:  Adjunct instructors accrue one (1) day of sick leave per term worked, not to exceed four (4) sick leave days accrued per year.  See Article 21, Sick Leave. of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement for further explanation

Flexible Spending/Dependant Care Plans: As an employee of BMCC you may also take advantage of pre-tax flexible spending or dependent care plans offered through American Fidelity to help off-set medical expenses or dependant daycare. If you are interested in this program, contact Connie Fellows, HR Specialist  for all the details. 

United Way:  Employees may contribute to United Way of Umatilla and Morrow Counties.  If interested, contact Connie Fellows, HR Specialist.

BMCC Foundation Scholarship Fund:  Supporting the BMCC Foundation Scholarship Campaign is an ongoing campaign to obtain additional funding for our students.  Contributions are tax dedcutible.  If you are interested in contributing, contact Connie Fellows, HR Specialist, for a pledge card.

Pine Creek Federal Credit Union:  BMCC is a sponsoring employer at Pine Creek Federal Credit Union located in Weston, OR.  For more information, contact Connie Fellows, HR Specialist.

 Costco:  BMCC is a sponsoring employer of Costco.  Contact Connie in HR for an application.

Pre-Paid Legal:  Prepaid Legal offers discounted legal services along with Identity Theft Shield.  For more information, contact Connie in HR.

Pendleton Racketball & Athletic Club:  The RAC offers discounted memberships to BMCC employees through payroll deduct.  Contact the staff at the RAC for more information.

Library Services: Library Services are available to you as an employee, just go to the Library with your ID badge and drivers license and they will set up an account for you to check out books/materials and allows online access.

McCrae Activity Center (MAC):  You have access to the McCrae Activity Center with the exception of summer term. Check their hours on our website.

Sporting Events:  As an employee, you receive free or discounted admittance to sporting events held here on campus.

Helpful Tidbit:

Besides the BMCC email, there are two other folders, Faculty & Staff and Watercooler, you may want to check out on a regular basis. Faculty & Staff has email messages pertaining to college business. Watercooler is for BMCC staff who would like to sell items, announce an event not college related, or looking for something. To access these two folders, from your Microsoft Outlook, open Folder List, scroll down and click Public Folders, click All Public Folders, and scroll down to the folder you wish to open.
