Library Account/Barcode Request Form

Students will need a library account/barcode to use the "Your Library" features of the Sage Library catalog and to access BMCC online indexes and databases from off-campus. These features are restricted to BMCC students, staff, and faculty. Your status will be verified before a library account number is issued.

Online students, please complete the following items. Your library account number (also referred to as your library barcode or library i.d. number) will be emailed to your BMCC Student email address within three working days.

Students living in Pendleton should come to the library for a library card. Please contact the library staff with any questions.

Incomplete forms cannot be processed, please include all requested information.
