Flu Shots - Boardroom

Bi-Mart will be on campus in the Boardroom on Friday October 17th from 7:30-10:00AM to give flu shots.
Please be prepared to fill out their form for insurance purposes. You will need your ODS ID #. They will bill our insurance and the shot will be FREE for those covered under our plan.
If no ODS insurance the cost is $26.99 (cash or checks)
Family members over 15 years old are welcome also.
If you would like to fill out the form early, Tammie Parker has them in the President's office.
If you have any further questions about the serum please call Bi-mart @ 276-7909, press “0” and a pharmacist will be available for your questions.
Bi-mart is currently giving shots Monday through Friday from the time they open until 6:00PM.
