Leave

One day (8 hours) of leave accrues per term for each term worked as per Faculty Bargaining Agreement.

Bereavement leave as per Faculty Bargaining Agreement.

Tuition Waiver

Tuition waivers for employee and eligible dependents according to the Faculty Bargaining Agreement.

Retirement

Retirement plan through Oregon PERS (Public Employees Retirement System) after meeting PERS eligibility requirements.

403B Tax Sheltered Annuity plans and 457 Deferred Compensation Plans available.

Paid Emergency Closure

If the college declares an emergency closure on a day of scheduled work, employees will be paid for the number of hours they were scheduled to work.

Other

Participation in OEBB (Oregon Employee Benefits Board) available entirely at employee’s option and expense.

Professional Incentive Funds (PIC) available according to the Faculty Bargaining Agreement.
