BMCC Benefits - Part Time Positions

Tuition Waiver (1) Course per Term:

After one (1) full quarter of work, employees will be granted the tuition waiver that is for the class only an does not include books or fees associated with the class.

Paid Leave (4 hours):

After 30 days of employment, employees are given four (4) hours of leave per quarter to be used for personal, sick, or emergency purposes. These hours are non-accumulative.

Paid Emergency Closure:

If the college declares an emergency closure on a day of scheduled work, employees will be paid for the number of hours they were scheduled to work.

403B/Tax Sheltered Annuity plan and 457 Deferred Compensation Plans available.
