Part-time Instructors BMCC seeks applications year round for the Part-Time Instructor Pool. Assignment(s) may include day and/or evening courses, weekdays and/or weekends, face-to-face and/or distance-delivered instruction.  This recruitment process is to qualify you for possible future teaching assignments.  Successful completion will result in your name joining the pool of instructors qualified to teach at BMCC.

Professional-Technical:
Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in field and /or certification by recognized national certifying organization and appropriate experience.

Nursing Instructor, Medical/Surgical or OB BMCC seeks multi-talented energetic Full-Time (tenure track) Nursing Instructor to instruct students in an Associate of Nursing Degree program with Practical Nurse and Nursing Assistant options available. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in medical/surgical Nursing and/or OB Nursing. Duties include supervision of first and second year nursing students in clinical settings and assisting with instruction of basic nursing skills and skills labs. Position is open until filled; applications will be reviewed upon receipt. First review is February 20, 2008.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications, based on Faculty Salary Scale

Administrative Assistant Enrollment Management Full time position in Pendleton.

Performs numerous and varied administrative support tasks as part of the team for the Enrollment Management Unit and provides assistance to the Associate VP, Enrollment Management, Registrar and Student Financial Assistance Director.  Performs all functions and activities within the guidelines and philosophy set forth in the BMCC Vision and Strategic Plan.

Salary:  $12.58 per hour

Library Assistant Public Services Full Time; 11 months per year / 40 hours per week.

The Library Assistant: Public Services manages the daily operations of the Circulation Desk and Course Reserves; works as a public services team member in the provision of interlibrary loans, collection and maintenance of usage statistics for  Public Services and training of student employees.  Provides oversight for public workstation operations and maintenance of collections.  Primary contact with students, faculty and patrons for library policy and procedures or complaints.  The Library Assistant participates in organizational learning and professional development, behaves in a manner consistent with the college’s guiding principles and carries out job responsibilities in a learner-centered manner.  Perform all functions and activities within the guidelines and philosophy articulated in the BMCC Vision and Strategic Plan.

Salary:  $11.70 per hour
