  NOTICE 1: Pre-bid conference, October 5, 2009 at 1PM, BMCC Pendleton Boardroom; is  mandatory for all proposers.
   
  NOTICE 2:  BMCC will collect and compile written questions and comments submitted before the pre-bid conference scheduled on October 5, 2009.  Where appropriate information is readily available, BMCC will answer questions before the conference by posting them to the BMCC RFP Website for all prospective applicants to view. BMCC may hold some questions for discussion at the pre-bid conference. Following the pre-bid conference, BMCC will compile questions and answers and any additional information deemed necessary into addenda to the RFP which will be distributed to all proposers who attended the pre-bid conference.
   
  NOTICE 3: Addendum to BMCC RFP#0910-02 for Architechtural Services was issued 9/29/09.

NOTICE 5: BMCC selected the following four finalists to invite to interviews (in alphabetical order):

  • Mahlum
  • NAC Architecture
  • Opsis Architecture
  • Steele Associates Architects LLC 
After interviewing each firm, the BMCC architect interview committee has selected Mahlum as the top finalist.
