BMCC PENDLETON - “On behalf of the Umatilla County Cultural Coalition, Craig McIntosh presents a check for $1000 to Doug Radke, BMCC Diversity Coordinator and chairperson of the 2009 Arts & Culture Festival – “Echoes & Reflections.” This grant will be used to support storyteller and folk singer Tom Rawson, festival artist-in-residence, funding three outreach presentations at selected county elementary schools during the April 13-17, 2009 event.”
